One vetted match. Free written quote. You decide.
Most lead sites sell your request to four or five companies within seconds. We do the opposite: we screen contractors first, then introduce you to one.
From ZIP to written quote in three steps
Tell us about the project
Your ZIP, what needs doing and when. About sixty seconds, no account.
We match one vetted pro
Our routing picks one licensed, insured contractor we have already screened for your area. You see who they are before anyone calls.
Free inspection, written quote
Your pro texts first, then calls, to book a free inspection. You get a written price you can compare against anything. You decide.
What happens after you submit
Within minutes: your matched pro texts you first, then calls. It may come from a number you do not recognize, so answering quickly helps lock in the inspection slot.
Within a few days: a free on-site inspection and a written quote. No pressure, no obligation.
Then: you compare, ask for one more quote if you want, and decide. Vetted Home Pros is always free for homeowners.
What we are, and what we are not
Vetted Home Pros is a referral and matching service operated by RoofIgnite LTD. We are not a contractor. Every estimate, contract, warranty and payment is between you and the independent contractor you choose. We screen pros in good faith and pause the ones that stop performing, but we do not supervise or guarantee their work. Terms of Service.
Common questions
Do I have to talk to more than one contractor?
No. You are matched with one. If you want to compare, you can request one more quote from your match page. Never more than two providers.
Will my number be sold?
No. Your details go to the one pro we match you with (two, if you ask for a second quote). We do not sell your information to lead lists or data brokers.
Why do you ask for a text code?
So the pro is not chasing a typo, and so you are not chased for a number you did not enter. If the code does not arrive, you can continue anyway.
What if no pro covers my area yet?
We route your request to the closest vetted pro in our network and tell you that is what happened. We never drop a request silently.
How does Vetted Home Pros make money?
Participating contractors pay us for introductions. Homeowners never pay, and the fee does not change the price you are quoted.
